At this years Nevada County Fair, my father will be racing in the “Tough Truck” competition. He raced last year in the street class and won, so this year he is gonna race in the pro class in hope to take home $1000. My dad asked me to make the graphics for the Jeep Cherokee, so I came up with a couple designs in my spare time. The graphics for the Jeep say DeMartini RV since that is one my family businesses.









After my dad picked the design he liked the most (the last one posted). I finalized the design by making a few changes. I then sent the design to a relative who owns a screen printer and she printed the design and prepared it to be placed on the Jeep. Then on Monday the 9th, we stuck it on the Jeep and oh does it look good! I was quite impressed on how well it turn out. Here is what the end result looks like…

RACE RESULTS:

My dad injured his back the day before the race making him unable to compete. So instead of him racing, Mike from J&M off-road decided to race in his place. When it came time race, he put the pedal to the metal and launched off of the first jump shooting him at least 30ft long and 10+ feet high. Upon landing the transfer case blew and dropped the driveshaft, leaving him unable to complete the race. Although he didn’t win, he made one heck of a show! For next year, I will be racing. Wish me luck!
